After discovering jewelry design while studying fine art abroad in Florence, Italy, my junior year in college I was hooked. I came home, graduated from Hartford Art School with a BFA, moved to Manhattan finding work as a graphic designer for several years. During the evenings I would take jewelry making courses to learn metal smithing. I continually explored new mediums until eventually combining my graphic design background with my metal smithing skills which resulted in creating my own bezels to start a small photo charm business in 2002.
Currently I am enjoying mixing a mix of combining beautiful semi precious stones with leather, as well as, working as a jewelry instructor at the Sheffield School in NYC.
All work is handcrafted in New York City and sold to specialty boutiques, as well as, directly to customers.
